JOB SUMMARY:

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations by safely transporting products from the warehouse to various customers. You will ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and accurately according to customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Unload products from the trailer, either by hand or using a hand cart, making sure to place them in designated storage areas.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including logs and inspections, in compliance with company and governmental standards.
  • Adhere to strict food safety protocols ensuring temperature control and preventing cross-contamination.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and safe delivery practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive in various conditions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with others and perform basic math functions.
  • Ability to lift products up to 50 pounds regularly.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role involves working in various weather conditions and may require flexibility in hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs.
