Job Description:

Jr. Accounting Clerk

Multi-Service Firm framed in a Small Office Setting
* Seeking Efficient and Reliable Entry-Level Jr. Accounting Clerk

Competitive compensation package:
* Employment type: Part-time
* Position: Jr Accounting Clerk
* Hours: 25-38 hours per week
* Mon-Fri: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Qualification Requirements:
* ENTRY LEVEL, must have 1-2 years experience in double-entry bookkeeping
* Must have working knowledge in Microsoft office suite, primarily Excel and Word
* Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and quickness
* Possess communication skills and general knowledge of office practices

Successful candidate will be trained in all areas of responsibility including but not limited to:
* Data entry of journal transactions
* Reconciliation of bank statement
* Cash counting and payroll processing
* Administrative and clerical duties
