As a General Manager, you will build and develop a top-performing team by providing training and consistent direction. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality food, and maximum profitability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leaders within the team and foster their development.
  • Maintain world-class operational standards, including staffing, food quality, and financial performance.
  • Establish high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service across all locations.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of every restaurant role and ensure accountability for performance.
  • Communicate effectively and consistently with both field leadership and restaurant staff.
  • Recognize and appreciate the efforts of individual team members.
  • Be responsible for training and effective team development, providing timely performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve and maintain strong financial results.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant experience, with proven leadership across all shifts.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Current Health Card compliant with state or local requirements.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass a criminal background check, including MVR.
  • Successfully complete SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
  • This role typically requires a 50-hour work week with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
