Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify individuals' needs and suitable interventions.
• Utilize standardized tools to gather relevant information during assessments.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment teams to create individualized treatment plans.
• Establish measurable goals tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Implement techniques to manage a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain regular contact to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans promptly in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Engage in outreach to promote our services and attract new clients.
• Connect clients with additional resources and support services as needed.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in mental health therapy.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and concerns.

State-Specific Qualifications:

• Alabama: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required; minimum of two years’ experience; eligible for licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or ALC.
• Florida: Master's Degree required; one year experience preferred; must be Registered Intern (RMHCI).
• Mississippi: Master's Degree required; two years’ experience preferred; eligible for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
• North Carolina: Master's Degree required; one year experience; must hold associate license as LCSWA or LCMHCA.
• South Carolina: Master's Degree required; two years’ experience; must hold LMSW, LMFT, or LPCA license.
• Tennessee: Master's Degree required; two years’ experience; eligible for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
• Virginia: Master's Degree required; two years’ experience; must be Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work.
