Join Our Team as a Senior Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated Senior Technical Product Manager with expertise in AI and ML to be a pivotal member of our product and engineering team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence the development of our AI research tools by closely collaborating with users such as data scientists and AI researchers. You will identify market gaps, predict future trends in MLOps, and convert user needs into actionable product specifications to ensure successful delivery.

Our Technology Stack:

  • Languages: Rust, JVM (Java, Spring, Scala, Kotlin), Python.
  • Data: ClickHouse, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL.
  • Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm.
  • Others: Protobufs, gRPC, Swagger.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging with AI/ML researchers and data scientists to gain insights into their workflows and pain points.
  • Converting domain-specific user needs into detailed, actionable product specifications for engineering and UX teams.
  • Creating and managing the product roadmap from inception to delivery, ensuring a balance between innovation and user requirements.
  • Collaborating with UX designers to create a polished and user-friendly interface that meets user needs.
  • Facilitating discussions with internal stakeholders, balancing technical feasibility with user requirements.
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape to distinguish essential features from desirable ones, ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Leading collaboration across cross-functional teams to unify product solutions and oversee development.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

  • Strong knowledge in AI/ML, including experience in model training and quality testing.
  • Direct experience working with data scientists or in research environments.
  • Python programming experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex user challenges.
  • Proven experience collaborating with UX designers and engineering teams for user-centric product development.
  • The ability to influence initiatives effectively within cross-functional teams without direct authority.
