Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an HVAC Sales Representative in Houston, TX to develop new business and manage client relationships for commercial HVAC services.

Impact

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new HVAC service contracts

• Build long-term relationships with facility managers and building owners

• Position the company as a trusted HVAC solutions provider in the market

• Support operational teams by delivering qualified projects and service agreements

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property managers and owners

• Prepare proposals and presentations for HVAC service and installation projects

• Conduct site assessments and recommend HVAC solutions

• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements

• Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue using CRM software

• Collaborate with operations teams on project execution

• Attend industry events and trade shows to build market presence

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 3+ years of HVAC or building services sales experience

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and services

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• Existing network in Houston commercial real estate market

• Technical background in HVAC or mechanical systems

• Experience with service agreements and maintenance contracts

Compensation & Logistics
Competitive base salary plus commission depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, and company vehicle.
