Start a steady job where you can grow, earn overtime, and join a team that values safety and reliability. We're hiring Packers for a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility on Indy's southwest side.
What You'll Do
- Package products according to quality and safety standards
- Inspect materials and finished goods for defects
- Prepare items for shipment and label boxes accurately
- Keep your workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping
- Stand, move, and lift throughout the shift (up to 40-50 lbs as needed)
- 2nd Shift only: 3:30pm-2:00am (Mon-Fri)
- Pay: $18.70/hour
- Plenty of overtime opportunities
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout your shift
- Good attendance and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must pass standard pre-employment screening
