About Our Client

This opportunity is with a large organization in the business services industry, specifically within construction. The company is recognized for its expertise in managing commercial projects and fostering a structured and efficient work environment.

Job Description
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of commercial tenant improvement projects.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and onsite teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any potential delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Resolve any onsite issues or challenges efficiently to maintain project flow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial TI should have:
  • Experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and local building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
