Chick-fil-A, Inc. is a family-owned and privately held restaurant company known for its delicious original chicken sandwich. With over 2,300 restaurants in 47 states and Washington, D.C., we are devoted to serving our local communities. We are currently seeking a Catering Supervisor to join our team and bring the Chick-fil-A experience to our community in an excellent fashion every day.

Core Functions:
  • Facilitate daily catering operations
  • Take orders via phone, email, and mobile app
  • Prepare and deliver orders
  • Ensure timely payment processing
  • Partner with kitchen leads to strategize around order prep
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience or 1 year of Chick-fil-A leadership experience
  • 1 year of catering experience
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Enjoyment in serving others
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Excellent initiative, assertiveness, and attention to detail
  • Must be creative, energized, and highly motivated
  • Ability to negotiate with character and integrity
  • Flexibility to work early mornings for large orders
  • Cross training in the front and back to have full operational knowledge.
