Our client is seeking a Fund Administration Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing activities for a portfolio of pooled investment vehicles while supporting colleagues and external partners. The position demands precision, timeliness, and strong communication skills to meet internal and external requirements. You'll also oversee relationships with third-party service providers and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate NAV calculations prepared by external administrators
  • Coordinate audits, resolve queries, and contribute to financial statement preparation
  • Support tax and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely deliverables
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborate with business partners to achieve objectives
  • Document processes, assist with training, and lead improvement initiatives
  • Participate in special projects such as fund launches, liquidations, and data requests
  • Understand trial balance activities including income, expenses, fees, derivatives, currency impacts, and distributions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (IRS, SEC, CSSF)
