As a Full-Time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee at First Chicago Insurance Company, your day-to-day activities will be both engaging and rewarding We will provide you with a top-notch training program, diving into training sessions designed to enhance your understanding of the claims process. Each day, you'll handle incoming claims by investigating details, corresponding with customers, and evaluating damages-all while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Your schedule will typically run Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life rhythm.

Are you the Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee we're looking for?
To excel as a Full-Time Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee at Warrior Insurance Network, you'll need a dynamic skill set that empowers you to navigate the fast-paced insurance landscape effectively. Excellent analytical abilities are essential, as you'll be evaluating claims details and making informed decisions. Organizational skills will be your best friend, helping you manage multiple cases while staying on top of deadlines. Interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients, ensuring you can communicate effectively and empathically. Your verbal and written communication skills will shine as you engage in meaningful conversations over the phone and through documentation.
Familiarity with software tools for claims processing will be beneficial as you dive into the systems used for managing and analyzing claims data. With these skills in your arsenal, you'll be set for success in this thrilling new career path
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbal, written, and phone) skills
- Previous customer service experience
