Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) may include:

  • Providing PRN and/or contract staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities and Assisted Living settings
  • Aiding residents with daily activities
  • Assisting with ambulation and transfers
  • Checking and recording vital signs

Qualifications for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in South Dakota, or eligibility for reciprocity/endorsement
  • Maintains all required certifications and qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
