Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand construction staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and coordinate interview schedules to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to anticipate future staffing needs.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Possess a strong understanding of infrastructure job roles, skillsets, and industry requirements.
- Showcase a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates for construction roles.
- Display exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a results-driven approach to recruitment.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the infrastructure industry.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities effectively.
- Stay informed on industry trends, job market changes, and best hiring practices.
