Seasonal Program Details:
- Seasonal PRN Status with a Full-Time Schedule
- Program Runs from 9/21/25 to 4/4/26
- Schedule: Mids or Nights
- Emergency Department Specialty Rate: $62/hr plus applicable differentials

Requirements:

  • Work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period
  • Be prepared to float to another facility if needed
  • Complete four (4) weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period
  • Work two (2) holiday shifts during the seasonal period
  • PRN status with no guaranteed hours
  • Ineligible for benefits, except for 401(k) contributions as per policy
  • Pass the clinical competency evaluation within one opportunity
  • Not eligible if currently employed by HCA Healthcare or HWS
  • Shifts may vary based on departmental needs

Job Summary: The Registered Nurse in our emergency department plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, individualized patient-centered care. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, educate, and manage patient care effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the Emergency Department
  • ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications within specified time frames
  • Completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course within one year
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within one year
