Unit Clerk

Responsibilities Include:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact in the reception area
  • Serve as an integral part of workflow for Nursing Stations
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, & hospitable manner
  • Professionally administer all incoming calls
  • Ensure phone calls are directed accurately
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Responsible for Inventory and Purchasing of Nursing Supplies
  • Arrange transportation for clients for consultations
  • Communicate with various physician offices to set up appointments
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Transfer calls
  • Data Entry
  • Monitor visitor sign in/sign out book
  • Monitor reception area
  • Other various Clerk duties
Pay
  • Up to $23 an hour
