What You'll Do

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and high-quality experience

  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and review recommended maintenance or repairs

  • Create accurate repair orders and obtain all necessary customer and vehicle information

  • Communicate service updates and educate customers on vehicle care and manufacturer recommendations

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Prior dealership or automotive service experience preferred (Chevrolet or GM experience a plus)

  • Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and administrative accuracy

  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance

  • Requirements: Must be drug-free, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and pass a background check
