Entry Level Assembler

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing team in a state-of-the-art facility . If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with others, and learning new skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you

You’ll be cross-trained across a 12-step process , giving you exposure to multiple areas and setting you up for future growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document parts and materials upon receipt.

• Perform factory resets and automatic testing on up to 32 units (cycle times: 60–90 minutes).

• Conduct Wi-Fi and elevated temperature tests .

• Handle cosmetic cleaning and repairs .

• Execute In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) checks.

• Assemble kits and prepare them for palletizing and shipping .

• Scan parts at every step to maintain quality control standards .

What We’re Looking For

• Attention to detail and ability to stand throughout the workday.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills .

• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Hand dexterity and punctuality.

• Background in assembly, packing, retail, or repair .

• Experience with soldering, testing equipment, RF scanners, computers, reading blueprints, and power tools .

• General labor experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
