Who You Are:

As the Employee Relations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for the Retail North America Employee Relations team across Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo. You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. You have the ability to build relationships and drive people to ensure deadlines are met.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the North America Retail Employee Relations and Human Resources team, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Conduct routine audits within HRIS systems to identify trends, flag inconsistencies, and address data gaps related to Employee Relations.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual reports highlighting key ER/HR metrics such as case closure rates, turnover trends, and exit survey insights.
  • Attend and document investigative calls alongside Employee Relations Generalists, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation across platforms including shared drives, Teams channels, and internal trackers.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of Employee Relations and HR team trainings, meetings, and events.
  • Manage the retail temporary assignment process, including drafting acting assignment agreements, uploading documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure necessary approvals.
  • Participate in cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives and trainings (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Benefits, Employee Resource Groups), and communicate relevant insights to the Employee Relations team.
  • Oversee the retail employee compliance process by conducting training audits and following up with employees and managers to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a liaison with the payroll team and assist with employee outreach and issue resolution as needed.
  • Draft and coordinate internal communications related to Retail Employee Relations initiatives and updates.
  • Maintain and update Employee Relations training content within the online Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support compliance efforts by monitoring minimum wage changes and employment law updates.
  • Assist with the execution of store closure processes, ensuring alignment with HR protocols.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the Human Resources and Employee Relations functions.
You'll Need to Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb organizational skills, strong presentation skills, outstanding attention to detail, strong follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in the NYC office 1 day a week
