Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health services to adults and families across New York. This role focuses on structured telehealth sessions, clear treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up. Your day will revolve around direct client care, documentation, and coordination with the broader care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and, when appropriate, family therapy via secure telehealth platforms.
- Complete psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and safety screenings.
- Develop and update treatment plans with specific, measurable goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with primary care, psychiatry, and community resources to support continuity of care.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in New York State.
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health.
- Experience providing care through telehealth platforms preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
