The Position:
- Join well-established outpatient practices within MarinHealth.
- Work in sought-after communities like Petaluma, Larkspur, Mill Valley, Novato, and Sausalito.
- Step into established patient panels for a seamless transition.
- Enjoy a competitive guaranteed salary for the first two years, transitioning to a productivity-based model in Year 3.

- Full-time positions available with 36 patient contact hours per week.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and a strong focus on patient care excellence.
- Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (with certification intent within 2 years).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients and sensitivity to cultural and linguistic diversity.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $280,000 to $350,000. The final starting pay may vary based on the candidate's experience and patient care schedules. Additional compensation may be offered for candidates who exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
