Reporting to our Director of Nursing, we're hiring a passionate and experienced LPN to be our Assistant Director of Nursing. The selected candidate will assist with leading our nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of care in our assisted living community.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the nursing department alongside the Director of Nursing, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations for assisted living and healthcare.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs while promoting independence and well-being.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and families to support residents' health and quality of life.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff.
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN license in TN.
  • Prior nursing leadership experience (assisted living or long-term care preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
