Konik is partnering with a long-established general contractor recognized for delivering high-quality commercial and multi-family residential projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in an environment built on accountability, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
- Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, documentation, submittals, and compliance requirements
- Develop and manage project budgets, bids, subcontracts, and supplier relationships
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and project risk to maintain progress and profitability
- Support ongoing client relationships and assist with proposals and preconstruction services
Project Manager Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience managing new construction, renovation, and/or multi-family or commercial projects
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and construction accounting software
- Ability to interpret and coordinate construction drawings and specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel to job sites outside the Twin Cities metro area as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $105K–$140k DOE
- 100% employer paid medical insurance
- 4 weeks of paid time off
- 401(k) with automatic company contribution
