Industrial Engineer

Seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities. This role focuses on optimizing equipment layouts, establishing methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel, and supporting accident prevention measures and training programs. You will conduct studies related to cost control, inventory management, and production record systems, and develop plans for facility modifications and operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update network-based Master Production Schedules for E-6B programs.
- Understand and manage critical path schedule network processing driven by logic, durations, and date constraints.
- Work with IMP/IMS schedule structures and schedules based on Work Breakdown Structures.
- Export schedule data to Excel and collaborate with responsible parties to gather and report schedule status and productivity metrics for weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience.
- High energy, results-oriented, proactive, and self-directed team player.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to learn from mistakes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Experience utilizing all aspects of Microsoft Project to manage IMS.
- Experience working on new programs.
