Social Media Marketing Manager

SourcePro Search is seeking a creative, bilingual (Spanish/English) Social Media Marketing Manager to join a vibrant and growing organization. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketing professional who excels at producing engaging video content, managing brand presence, organizing events, and building connections both online and offline.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute content and social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms
- Produce, edit, and publish high-quality videos tailored to target audiences
- Plan and manage events from concept to execution, including promotion, logistics, and post-event coverage
- Optimize brand presence through Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Engage with online communities to encourage conversation, answer questions, and promote brand loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency (required)
- Proven video production and editing skills with a strong creative eye
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and SMO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role with multiple priorities
- A passion for building community, both online and in-person
