Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in setting service standards while ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. From hiring and mentoring team members to managing daily operations, you will take pride in creating a positive culture that encourages growth and excellence. This role requires independent decision-making, conflict resolution, and active leadership during peak operational hours. A structured 10-week training program will prepare you to achieve new levels of success.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
  • Experience with carry-out operations is a plus
  • Strong FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) experience
  • Demonstrated success in financial responsibilities and achieving key metrics
  • Passion for mentoring and developing team members
  • Commitment to honesty, integrity, and exceptional guest-oriented service
  • Open availability and willingness to manage multiple locations
