Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Visit customer homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on their technology and suggest additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean workspace and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently and staying in touch with the team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed and work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability: Capable of climbing ladders (up to 40 ft), lifting up to 70 lbs, and maintaining a maximum weight limit of 335 lbs.
• Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and create an excellent customer experience.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for addressing diverse challenges effectively.
• Determination: Capability to work in tight spaces and adapt to varying weather conditions.
• Adaptability: Readiness to handle unexpected tasks with ease.

Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment screening, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record. Compensation may include hourly pay rate and location pay differentials.
