We are actively recruiting CAAs to join our growing practice In Fort Myers, Florida at Lee Memorial/Cape Coral Hospital systems in Fort Myers Florida. This full-time call position would join a team of 30 anesthesiologists and a total of 64 anesthetists providing over 50,000 anesthetics per year at Lee Health locations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral including three hospitals and three outpatient surgery centers. Our care team model ratio varies from a 1:2 to 1:4 depending upon staffing and type of case. We offer a competitive compensation structure with salaries starting at $230k with the potential to earn up to $400k, including daily shift premium time and additional compensation for call.
There is a breadth of clinical experience and sub-specialty anesthesiology care from complex cardiothoracic, advanced regional anesthesia, pediatric care, and over 4,000 annual labor and delivery procedures. The diversity of these services meets the needs of the community while creating a stimulating and diverse caseload for service providers. - All USAP Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant must meet state licensure requirements.
- CAAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
