Our direct end-client a large American multi-national hotels chain is seeking to hire for the below role.
Job Title: Data Mapping / Data Privacy Analyst
Duration: 6 months plus
Location: 100% Remote | Work per CST
Description:
Purpose:
We are seeking an individual to support client's steady state asset inventory and data mapping (AIDM) initiative on the Privacy team within the Legal department.
Position Responsibilities:
With the various global requirements for companies to have robust and detailed data flow diagrams and privacy impact assessments, this individual will play a central role in client's compliance efforts and with client's privacy team. The individual must be a self-motivated professional who is well organized and capable of working cross functionally on complex matters across different time zones. On a day-to-day basis, the individual will interact with business and IT leaders to reassess, update, and/or modify existing data maps and privacy impact assessments. The individual will also be responsible for evaluating the assessments to ensure responses are consistent and meet client's and regulators' standards. A background in privacy is preferred.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with OneTrust.
- CIPP/US or CIPM/US or similar.
Education:
- B.A./B.S. degree preferred.
