We are seeking a proven Senior Estimator-Project Manager to join our team in the Greensboro Metro area. We specialize in rapid response and recovery for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage - serving commercial, residential, institutional, and governmental clients across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead estimating and project management for commercial and residential restoration projects
  • Work closely with business development to grow revenue in the Greensboro market
  • Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and schedules under fast turnaround expectations
  • Manage project execution to ensure safety, quality, profitability & client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain subcontractor/vendor partnerships for emergency response needs
  • Support on-site operations, procurement, contract negotiation, and risk control
  • Participate in pre-construction planning and cost modeling
  • Assist during peak events such as hurricanes in an "all-hands-on-deck" structure
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in construction estimating & cost management
  • Commercial restoration industry experience required
  • Established relationships / book of business in the Greensboro market preferred
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to budgeting & scheduling
  • Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating software is required
Role Details:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus plan aligned to job KPIs
