JOB SUMMARY

Join our dynamic team as a Data Insights Analyst, where you'll collaborate with customers and design teams to prioritize data needs and provide in-depth analysis to support various projects. You'll play a key role in shaping decision support systems that deliver essential information for effective business decision-making. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and nurture internal relationships across the organization.

• Offer analytic and consultative support to a diverse range of internal customer areas and external partners.

• Guide less experienced colleagues on technical and business aspects of project work.

• Design decision support systems that effectively translate requirements into actionable applications.

• Leverage your expertise to propose solutions for complex business challenges.

• Lead the implementation of recommended solutions.

• Identify key issues and develop tailored methodologies for studies and projects; innovate analysis and database design approaches.

• Model data sources and collaborate with data management to establish operational frameworks ensuring secure information delivery.

• Assist in interpreting raw data and statistical results; prepare reports and presentations for various audiences including internal managers and external stakeholders.

• Create and maintain complex computer programs using various programming languages (such as SAS, R, SQL) and database technologies (DB2, Teradata, and Oracle).

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

Preferred

• Master's degree in Computer/Information Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Required

• 3 years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.

Preferred

• Proven experience as a Decision Support Analyst or in a similar role within business or clinical environments.

SKILLS

• Strong technical proficiency with mainframe, PC, and Internet technologies; adept at navigating large, complex databases.

• Experience with report generation software, including Microsoft Office, Business Objects, Cognos, and Enterprise Guide.

• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

Pay Range Minimum:

$50,200.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$91,200.00

Base pay varies based on qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
