WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a HR Administrator, you will deliver outstanding customer service to team members and Managers while remaining aligned with corporate HR initiatives. The HR Administrator will spend two days a week in the Honda dealership and three days a week in the Toyota/Lexus/BMW dealership.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all State College recruiting including developing relationships with local schools for apprenticeships & filling entry level positions
  • Manage job postings using organization ATS
  • Screen applications and forward qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
  • Assist with interviews as requested
  • Handle onboarding process from job offer to meeting with the new hire on their first day for orientation
  • Handle benefits administration during onboarding process
  • Act as a liaison between team members and insurance providers to resolve benefit related concerns
  • Assist with employee relations documentation such as disciplinary action and terminations when needed
  • Attend all safety committee meetings and assist the corporate Safety Officer
  • Work with and assist corporate HR department
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Human Resources striving to excel at building strong relationships with team members and managers. The candidate will have excellent organizational skills, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a high level of accountability.

  • Human Resources experience of at least one year is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal & follow-up skills
  • Action oriented / sense of urgency mentality
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
