Multi Modality Weekends - Sign on Bonus
- Location: Crystal Lake Hospital
- Pay Range: $39.58 - $59.37
- Sign On Bonus Eligible for Full Time Positions
- $5,000 - 1 Year Commitment
- $10,000 - 3 Year Commitment
- Shifts: Days 3-12 hr shifts, with a weekend and holiday rotation
- Hours per week: 36 (3-12 hours shifts)

Job Duties:
- Maintains active status in the modalities in which they practice.
- Assists the department coordinator by providing clinical leadership, completes projects, advanced level clinical duties and regular assignments as requested.
- Is competent in all exams performed within the assigned modalities.
- Corroborates patient clinical history with procedure, ensuring information is documented and available for use by the radiologist.
- Prepares the patient for procedures, providing instructions to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and minimize anxiety.
- Selects and operates imaging equipment, image capture devices, and accessories to successfully perform procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program
- New grads welcome to apply
- ARRT Radiography registration required
- ARRT Computed Tomography registration preferred (or must be obtained within one years of hire)
- IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required if working in Illinois
- WI-DSPS radiographer license required if working in Wisconsin
- Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
