Fitness Program Coordinator

Become a vital part of our energetic club team and represent the welcoming face that our members encounter first. As a Fitness Program Coordinator, you will lead New Member Orientations, coach both members and trainers, and boost personal training sales—all while ensuring members achieve outstanding, long-lasting results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct New Member Orientation sessions, including biometrics and goal-setting, while facilitating Smart Start conversions.
  • Assign and mentor Personal Trainers; present and demonstrate safe, effective training programs.
  • Manage leads for personal training, follow up with potential clients, and track progress to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate member records, generate reports, and support audit and meeting preparations.
  • Be available during peak hours to ensure smooth operations for orientations and training sessions.
  • Exemplify strong leadership and assist with daily club operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must possess a nationally recognized personal training certification (required).
  • Current CPR/AED certification is a must (required).
  • Outgoing coach with excellent sales capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Highly organized, punctual, technologically adept, and willing to work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of personal training experience.
