Location: Red Oak, TX
The Role:
What will you do?
- Conduct comprehensive time studies to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation and development of 5S projects throughout the facility.
- Develop work instructions and visual aids to assist production and improve quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Safety, to drive Industrialization project success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Any prior internship/experience in manufacturing processes are a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other engineering tools are a plus.
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes is a plus.
- Preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Currently local to the Red Oak, TX area
