Merchandising Execution Specialist
Job Summary
The Merchandising Execution Specialist (MES) plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are effectively stocked and showcased to enhance the customer shopping experience. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.
Supplier Experience
- Implement pricing updates, manage product rotation, and participate in special projects tailored to improve product displays and meet supplier expectations.
Drive Sales and Enable Growth
- Execute promotional strategies and ensure products are prominently displayed to maximize sales opportunities.
- Construct and arrange displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, while updating display materials, signage, and brochures as needed.
Operational Responsibilities
- Collaborate in teams with on-site supervisors, providing support to various store departments which involves repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment.
- Foster strong relationships with store associates while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
