Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers both over the phone and in-store, engaging them genuinely, scheduling appointments, and building trust through effective communication of services and processes.
- Manage service business organization and productivity through precise work order management, vehicle inspections, and effective parts and service knowledge.
- Help deliver outstanding customer care under management guidance, including assisting with work orders, register transactions, and facility maintenance.
- Enforce cash, credit, and return policies while collaborating with management to address customer inquiries, complaints, and new opportunities for improvement.
- Perform routine automotive services such as tire mounting and balancing, oil changes, and vehicle inspections, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Drive a culture of safety by enforcing procedures such as wheel torque and oil/fluid servicing in accordance with standard directives.
- Collaborate with management to maintain a clean and safe work environment compliant with all relevant laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers, utilizing your knowledge to interpret information accurately.
- May serve as a key carrier in select locations, responsible for essential opening and closing duties.
- Maintain an organized work area and adhere to all company policies and safety rules.
- Other responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- At least one year of experience in an automotive service environment.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, percentages, and ability to calculate commissions and discounts.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
