Job Title: HR Benefits Coordinator
Location: The University of Kansas Health System, Kansas City, KS
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 20 hours/week, flexible days/times, with potential for full-time conversion
Hourly Rate: $30

Responsibilities:
The HR Benefits Coordinator will support benefits administration, assisting with enrollment, answering employee questions, and handling benefits-related documentation. Key duties include managing health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing employee support for benefits inquiries.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of benefits administration experience required;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility in schedule
