We are on the search for a talented Training and Workflow Specialist. If you are the guru that everyone goes to for assistance with your Agency Management Software and/or you are looking for a career change from an Account Manager to the training department, this is your opportunity

Position Summary:
Responsible for training new employees and converting partners on the Liberty agency management systems. Provide additional systems and insurance training to employees as appropriate. Perform audits to ensure compliance with Liberty SOPs and workflows. Evaluate and assess training programs to ensure compliance with all Liberty policies, procedures, and workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Liberty Agency Management System training to new hire and converting partner staff virtually or in-person.
  • Manage Training Inbox for training requests.
  • Manage post conversion training support chats.
  • Coordinate post conversion training with partnership agencies to address any issues or concerns.
  • Educate and train all applicable employees on new or revised workflows when needed.
  • Conduct audits to identify trends for additional training needs.
  • Provide additional systems and insurance training when needed.
  • Demonstrate proficient working knowledge of day-to-day insurance business processes/workflows. Ability to relate the business processes to system workflows.
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge in the area of Reports, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Function as a resource to management, production, and service staff when report needs arise.
  • Development and maintenance of the Liberty Applied and Vertafore Training Programs including, but not limited to, facilitator guides, handouts, Liberty Learning Management System content, Scribes, and additional training calls.
  • Development and maintenance of new/improved Liberty workflows, to ensure the highest level of customer service, efficiency, and automation utilization.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Other duties may be assigned as Liberty needs evolve.
  • Work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.

  • Travel Requirements - Travel may be required to vendor functions. In addition, travel may be required to branch locations for initial and/or ongoing training where virtual training is not an option.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Minimum of 2 years agency management systems training experience (Applied Epic and/or Vertafore AMS360/ImageRight).
  • Minimum of 6 years' retail insurance agency experience with personal and/or commercial lines.
  • Proficient in day-to-day Insurance business and workflow processes.
  • Internet software, spreadsheet software, and Word processing software experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred.
  • Active DOI P&C License required.
