Location: Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Shift: 2nd Shift, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $26.10 - $39.15 with potential for premium and incentive pay, plus regular performance-based increases.

Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment and adhere to aseptic techniques.
- Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures.
- Assist with various procedural tasks, anticipating surgeons' needs.
- Ensure the operating room is set up for each case, managing equipment and supplies.
- Serve as a 2nd Assistant as necessary and communicate effectively with medical staff.
- Transport patients and maintain specialty carts for procedures.
- Continually assess and demonstrate knowledge appropriate to patient ages served.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 6 months.
- No prior experience necessary; we welcome new graduates
Physical and Working Conditions:
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to lift and carry weights specified (up to 50 lbs).
- May be exposed to hazardous materials and must wear protective gear.
