Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Opportunity - Full Time

MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a dynamic healthcare team near Milan, New Mexico

Key Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions for patients of all ages.
  • Engage in a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position.
  • Work in a clinic setting, delivering patient-centered care within a team-based environment.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient history.
  • Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and disease management.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records.
  • Adhere to state and federal healthcare regulations and protocols.
Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner:
  • Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in New Mexico.
  • Current National Board Certification as an FNP through ANCC or AANP.
  • Maintain and hold current DEA registration.
  • 1+ years of FNP experience preferred.
