Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Techno-functional Consultant with expertise in Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving user issues, managing service requests, performing configuration updates, and collaborating with customer process consultants and SMEs to improve business processes.

This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve user issues and technical problems related to Oracle EBS SCM modules.
  • Manage service tickets and product service requests efficiently.
  • Perform configuration updates and enhancements within Oracle EBS.
  • Collaborate with customer process consultants and SMEs to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide support for Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, APEX, and workflows.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, APEX, and workflows.
  • Ability to travel to client location in Rochester, NY, US.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Oracle EBS application support.
  • Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and willingness to work closely with clients.
