Are you seeking a part-time job that keeps you on the move while helping you boost your income? We are looking for enthusiastic part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets) to ensure apartment communities are clean and inviting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collect trash and recycling bags from apartment residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site compactor with your pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer. No heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping is required.
  • Utilize our mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival and departure times, tracking, and taking photos of non-compliance.
  • This role is hands-on and physically active, requiring walking throughout the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

What We Offer:

  • Pay: $18 per hour
  • Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
  • Part-Time: Approximately 10-15+ hours per week
  • Local Assignments: We strive to assign you to a property near your home.

Your Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation: an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance (with you as a covered driver)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
  • Smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
  • Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
