(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Laboratory Management/Supervisor - NEW Quality Assurance or Director Opening at a laboratory that provides comprehensive anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology services. This laboratory specializes in hematology|oncology, dermatology, urology, gynecology, non-gyn cytopathology, neuropathology and forensic medicine (as well as others). Also, this laboratory is fully certified by the state of Tennessee, College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Joint Commission as well as the Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA).

This laboratory is looking to hire a permanent and full time QA Manager or Director on a Monday through Friday Day Shift The Quality Assurance Manager|Director will be responsible for the overall operations or the quality control|quality management program, This includes making sure the quality program is implemented and followed and also maintaining documents, records and certifications in accordance with state and federal healthcare standards.

For consideration, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology (or related field) in addition to a MT or MLS Certification through ASCP (or equivalent). Applicants MUST have or be willing to obtain a Tennessee State License. In addition, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience of quality control|improvement experience and should be familiar with CAP, CLIA, FDA and GLP standards.
