Join our Team as a School Bus Operator

Pay: $18 - $21/hr + benefits

Schedule: Part-time weekdays, Split shift (AM/PM), No nights, weekends, or holidays

No CDL? No Problem We will pay for your training and assist you in obtaining your CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Safely transporting students to and from their school programs
  • Operating assigned routes promptly and professionally
  • Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Assisting passengers on and off the bus as necessary
  • Adhering to all DOT, state, and district safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Must have a safe driving record (no suspensions or significant violations)
  • Must be able to pass a drug test, DOT physical, and thorough background checks
  • If not already possessed, willingness to obtain a CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
