We are hiring several Refrigeration/HVAC Service Technicians to work in Tampa, Florida and the surrounding area. They will perform commercial maintenance, install, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair of refrigeration/HVAC systems in grocery stores and other commercial businesses.
- Perform full start-up of refrigeration systems
- Diagnose refrigeration systems and perform necessary repairs resulting in 100% customer satisfaction
- Leads small projects and performs service or upgrades to the stores refrigeration/hvac systems
- Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
- Must be flexible - schedule consists of work days, nights and some holiday- rotating on-call schedule
- Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
- Provide Refrigeration/HVAC or Fixtures project support and ensure a timely and quality completion of the project
- Support a safe and clean work environment and follow company procedures
Refrigeration Start Up Technician Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 7+ years of commercial refrigeration/hvac experience; Supermarket experience a must
- Knowledge of refrigeration/hvac installation, electrical and microprocessor control systems
- Knowledge of single systems, parallel rack systems, display cases and walk in boxes
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to locate and repair leaks on racks of single units
- Ability to operate smartphone technology, hand tools and power tools
- Able to read instructions and blueprints and follow safety procedures
- Must have a valid Drivers License & reliable transportation
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- Pre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen and DMV) is required for all positions
- Top industry weekly pay
- Daily overnight per diem (if requird) of $50.00
