Overview
Superior Beverage Group is a family owned and operated company that has been around since 1922. Our Warehouse Associates provide countless smiles across all Northeastern and Central Ohio. Warehouse Associates pick, organize and ship out everyone's favorite beverages. This is a fast-paced, physical environment that provides our customers with all their beer and wine needs.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday: Staggard Start Times (7AM-11AM) to Production Finish

- Following proper safety and quality standards while working alongside our voice-to-pick system
- Making sure beer and wine cases are picked accurately using scanners and other technology
- Ensuring customer orders are not damaged
- Loading trucks accurately for our delivery team and customers
- Sorting damaged beer and wine cases
- Putting away returned cases of beer and wine
- Problem-solving
- Reliability and dependability. Good attendance is important for all - ask us about our attendance bonus
- The ability to lift up to 35lbs cases and 170lbs kegs safely
- Basic math skills
- Experience in material handling and equipment operating is a plus
- Being able to understand labels and coded dates
- Ability to use technology on a basic level
- Safety - We take safety seriously and provide gloves, harnesses and other equipment to ensure a safe place to work.
- Atmosphere - A positive work environment surrounded by supportive team members.
- Cleanliness - Our warehouse team works together to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our facility to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Activity - This job requires standing for long periods of time, along with twisting and bending motions. Our team lifts cases of product regularly throughout the shift, which weigh approximately 35lbs.
- Temperature - Our building is temperature controlled so the team has comfortable conditions to work in all year round.
