Job Responsibilities:
As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing patients for radiographic exams and monitoring their condition throughout the procedures.
- Gathering necessary supplies and ensuring equipment is functional and safe.
- Documenting patient records accurately following established protocols.
- Communicating effectively with your team about patient statuses, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a radiology role, ideally in an operating room or surgery center.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technicians (ARRT) is required.
- BLS certification (to be obtained within 30 days of outset).
- State Radiology Technician license is required.
