Job Title: Renovation Technician - Orange County

Job Description

Join a dynamic team responsible for renovating vacant apartments in the Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Orange areas. This role involves a variety of tasks including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall patching.

Responsibilities

• Work in teams to renovate vacant apartments.

• Perform basic plumbing tasks such as changing faucets and shower heads.

• Conduct basic electrical work including the installation of ceiling fans.

• Execute basic carpentry tasks like installing baseboards and door casings.

• Patch holes and occasionally replace sections of drywall.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills.

• Experience with drywall repair and replacement.

• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills.

• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
