Project Manager

Established in 2007, Element Electronics began with a simple belief - every household should have access to TVs featuring cutting-edge technology. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing key projects with a focus on improving performance and driving results. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of agile project management principles and a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Coordinate resources, prioritize tasks, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders influencing decision-making by presenting data-driven insights, aligning project goals with broader business strategies, and ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying best practices in operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance across project phases.
• Proactively identify project risks, potential roadblocks, and dependencies. Develop mitigation plans and ensure that all challenges are addressed promptly to keep projects on track.
• Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Deliver concise, clear, and actionable updates that align with organizational priorities.
• Drive organizational engagement by establishing project management best practices that strengthen alignment, enhance performance, and cultivate a culture of operational excellence.
• Support training efforts by creating and delivering practical learning sessions, resources, and coaching that help team members strengthen their project management skills.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of direct project management experience
• Minimum 3+ years of other project experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relative experience.
• Previous experience managing projects across all divisions of the organization including Operations, IT and Finance.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Proven experience in driving operational improvements, process optimizations, and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Agile or Lean methodology experience is a plus.
