Expected salary range is $90,000 to $111,000, depending on experience, along with our extensive benefits.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
This role involves performing engineering and technical tasks in support of nuclear plant operations, under general supervision.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execute engineering and technical tasks as assigned, applying general engineering principles.
- Ensure all engineering products meet applicable safety analyses, industry codes, engineering specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective processes and techniques, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Suggest improvements in format and methodology for standard processes and procedures.
- Fulfill additional job assignments as directed by management, including emergency response duties, department coverage, and outage support activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with a minimum of 2 years of nuclear or relevant engineering experience.
- Maintain access requirements or unescorted access as applicable, along with favorable medical examinations in accordance with position duties.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineer in Training certification.
- Strong understanding of techniques and fundamental functions performed within the group.
